Tumi short for Turmeric is a 12 year old jolly soul. He al ways wants your attention. He has some lumps and bumps, but seems is ok shape for his age. We love talking him for walks and we are so happy we could give him a soft place to live out his golden years.
Scooter has so much love to give. He is a happy boy who loves his new dog friends, a lap to snuggle up on and the outdoor air. We are so happy he is here and we are more then happy to spoil him with love.
Mandy is a sweet senior St. Bernard - estimated between 7/8 years old.
This gentle giant fits right in with the other Old Dogs. She is slow moving and seems to have so bad allergies. We will do everything we can to help her feel better. We are all so in love with her, and she is in love with the belly rubs.
Rhody is 14 years old. His owner passed away. He needs some TLC, he is underweight and is having a hard time settling. We are happy to be a soft and safe place for him to live out his day, however long he may have with us.
Cody is an older guy who still has a lot of life and spunk to him. He loves meeting all the volunteers and causing some mischief trying to get the other oldies to play.
Delilah is a 12 year old quite and snuggly girl who's owner passed away. This little lady has fit right in with her new Old Dog family. We are happy to be able to give her a soft place to live out her golden days.
Margi is tiny but mighty, full of sass but incredibly sweet, likes to play but then wants to hide. She is a 10 year old Chihuahua with some behavior needs and we are more than happy to help her be her best self here at ODGTH. She’s settling in beautifully.
Mr. Wilson is 14 years old. He is such a gentleman. He is the stoic type, calm and just happy to be seen. Mr. Wilson doesn't want all the fuss event though he knows he' s a cutie.
Ted is a 14 year old man who is such a snuggle bug. He has a sweet and gentle soul, we are so happy we get to love him.
Stella is 13 sweet girl who loves to snuggle. She is always very excited to see some one come through the door. She seems to like the other dog but also likes to keep to herself. We are more than happy to give her our laps and spoil her with love.
Teddy is kind of a crabby old man, but he is in some pain as he will need surgery on his back leg. He will yell at you for attention and he enjoys head pats and laying by your feet.
Archie is the cutest poodle mix , he’s on the quieter side but he will try to play with the other dogs and he loves to snuggle on the couch with you. He has a few masses that we are keeping our eyes on. We are so happy we can spoil this gentle old man.
Cordelia & Victor are the welcome committee with their happy barks. They are both very sweet. Cordelia seems to have a back end, spin issue. She can get around fine but she likes to be held and carried more. Victor is not a snuggly but he will come ask for pet.
Oreo is a 12 year old Boston terrier who is diabetic. He is very friendly, and will fall asleep next to you on the couch. He has the biggest and funniest personal. We love him.
Hamish is an 11 year old collie, who has a lot of medical issues that we are taking care of right now. We can tell he is already feeling better due to his happy bouncy personal. He love the other dog s and all the attention he can get.
Daffy is a sweet and cuddly girl, who was very shy when she came to us and is not thriving.
Nora is 9, and recently lost her amazing mom, one of her last wishes was to make sure Nora was well cared for and loved. We of course, said yes. Her mom passed shortly afterwards and Nora was by her side until the end.
Nora was born with two normal back legs but deformed front legs. She has one front leg that is about 3/4 the way developed and she can hop on briefly but she spends most of her time
Bella is an 11 year old lap dog, who came to a shelter in horrible condition and are now doing much better. Bella needed an emergency surgery to have all of her teeth removed before the infection killed her. While in 12 hours for the surgery we could tell she felt the best she has in years. Thelma is a little 13 year old Sheltie who is blind. She has found her voice and will let you know how happy she is to hear your voice. She loves belly rubs and even like to be held. She is beyond sweet.
