Sushi was a 13 year old island girl from Nantucket. This sweet blue-eyed beauty needed a comfortable place to rest her tired legs. She loved rolling around in the grass then snuggling up for a movie on the couch. Her body was slowing down fast and we knew that she was in pain. We tried to help her with medication, unfortunately Sushi had a mass internally that ruptured. We will miss her beautiful
Frankie was a sweet old man who found his way to us after some terrible luck.
Frankie was happy but never settled, he was lost and looking for his owner who had pasted before him. We were honored to give him our love until he was ready to be with his mom again in heaven.
Omega was a gentle senior guy who needed a soft place to land. It didn't take long for him to became best buddies with the other dogs. He favorite thing was sleeping on the couch right next to you. Sadly Omega’s heart was enlarged and he stopped being able to breathe properly. We will miss his calm, gentle spirit.
Minnie was a 15 year old Carin terrier/Yorkie mix, who was losing her eyesight and had an adorable head tilt due to neurological issues. She fit right into the Old Dog Crew. Paco was a sweet old who just wanted a lap to sit on. He had a lot of pain in his back end due to his hip and knees popping in and out. We tried to make him as comfortable as we could. Paco would try and play by rolling around in the sun or getting the zoomies for a short burst before he had to rest his legs. His body was tired and failing him. He can now run free without pain. Thief and Oliver came to us as an emergency surrender. Both are covered in matting and can barely see. They warmed up fast and seem to bee happy here. We can tell that their minds are a bit lost and their bodies are giving out. We are happy to have them and to help make them feel as comfortable as we can.
Socrates was an old man who was found at his deceased humans home. We believe he can't see or hear very well. Socrates was not with us long. He was ready before we were but we are happy we could give him a peaceful crossing and hopeful he is with his family now.
Riley was a corky girl with a lot to say. She had been through a bit of a journey coming to us and while with us. She was not spayed which lead to her having an infection in her uterus called Pyomerta. We treated her and helped her feel comfortable but the infection came back and we could not help her this time. Biscotti was around 12 years old. He had the cutest grumpy old mad face. He had compressed discs and was a little wobbly but he fit right in with the old kids. Run free sweet boy.
Tinsel was the best girl. This precious over 14 year old left her paw prints on many hearts. She was so skinny when she came to us and with no lower jaw.
We didn't know if she would bounce back. She showed us, Tinsel had so much spunk left. She was the boss in the Old Dogs space and had the best personality. You will be missed by many.
Sam was an 11 year old yellow lab. He was one of the sweetest dogs I’ve met in a long time, I loved him fiercely immediately and though I am so heartbroken he is gone and we didn’t have more time, I am so grateful I got to meet him and love him and give him this gift. He will get a special memorial urn that will allow him to be outside forever and welcome all new visitors.
Pixie Dust was an 11 year old Min Pin heeler cute-as-a-button pup, she’s wasn't with us long but she sure made an impression fast. She made everyone she meet feel special. She had kidney issues and became very sick. She was happy but her body was tiered. Run free sweet girl.
Lucy, a tiny cavapoo who was completely incontinent but so sweet and needed a soft place to land, she like the other dogs and event thought she was the boss some days. She had a cute and spunky personality and made us laugh.

We found Cancer in his stomach, with a heavy heart we knew it was time to say goodbye. Spartacus will be so deeply missed, but never forgotten.
Kobe was a 14 year old bulldog who was surrendered and has struggled to find placement because of his incontinence. He was a happy playful boy for the short time we had him. Cancer had effected his brain and he was ready for his next journey.
Mimzy was around 10 years old. She had some brain damage from being oxygen deprived at birth. Despite being a little quirky, she was so so sweet and we loved her dearly. She will be missed may many.
Ollie was a 10 year old Shih Tzu with a serious heart murmur. This little guy had fit right in with his new family. We absolutely loved everything about him. He has left very big paw prints in our hearts. We Love you little nugget, come back and visit any time.
Bambi was the cutest little heeler pittie mix, who had cancer and some serious skin issues. Her beautiful sunny glow lite up a room. She will be greatly missed.
